Hello Deino,
in both OSes (Windows 7 and XP) I'm doing the "execute" as "localonly" ... and in Windows 7 there is considerable lag (cursor blinks 3 times) before the actual "execute" takes place.
What settings (admin privileges, etc.) should I be aware of? The only difference between the "Windows 7" and the "XP" (that I know of) is that the "XP" don't have password set.
